Business Partner (Equity) GM Wanted (Morrisville)

Food service start-up (6 months old) seeks an additional business partner to come in with equity to take a GM role and help us manage growth. Were looking for somebody who:
- has entrepreneurial experience
- food business experience
- can handle not getting paid until we are profitable (none of the partners are getting paid)
- is prepared to buy into his/her equity (as the other partners did)
- can handle the ambiguity of a start-up with high growth
- is comfortable with (and enjoys) bootstrapping
- is able to work full-time as a GM to help us build success
